“Two questions on the organizational changes. First, could you give any more flavor in terms of where you expect to find the cost efficiencies? Is it from the investment teams, back office or just sort of across?”

“Just to follow up on the expansion question, then. So, roughly 1,200 new beds in the next two years, that equals roughly 3% of new capacity each year. How much of a margin pressure will that add, do you expect, in the short run?”
