“These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. As reflected in the accompanying financial statements, for the three months ended March 31, 2026, the Company incurred a net loss of $(26,415), generated cash from operations of $26,629 and had a stockholder’s deficit of $4,533,316 as of that date. At March 31, 2026, the Company had cash on hand in the amount of $45,806. In addition, notes payable of $522,500 are in default. As a result, management has concluded that there is substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.”
