— flagged May 20, 2026
Substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
“The Company demonstrates adverse conditions that raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for one year following the issuance of these financial statements. These adverse conditions are negative financial trends, specifically operating loss, working capital deficiency, and other adverse key financial ratios. The accompanying financial statements do not include any adjustments that might be required if the Company is unable to continue as a going concern, including adjustments to the recoverability or classification of assets or the amounts and classification of liabilities. The Company has incurred recurring losses from operations and has generated limited revenue. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The Company has not established a substantive source of revenue sufficient to cover operating expenses. Management intends to fund operations through equity financing, convertible instruments, related party contributions, and other financing activities. There can be no assurance that these measures will be successful.”View the 10-Q filed May 20, 2026
