Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 28, 2024, Teladoc Health, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated without cause the employment of Laizer Kornwasser, President, Enterprise Growth and Global Markets, in connection with a change in the Company's executive reporting structure, effective July 1, 2024. Mr. Kornwasser will remain employed with the Company as Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer until August 2, 2024. Mr. Kornwasser will receive the payments and benefits provided under his Executive Employment Agreement with the Company, dated October 24, 2022.
