On December 16, 2021, AbbVie Inc. amended and restated the AbbVie Performance Incentive Plan, as amended and restated, the AbbVie Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, as amended and restated, and the AbbVie Supplemental Savings Plan, as amended and restated (collectively, the “Plans”), to provide eligibility under the Plans and/or Exhibit A to the Plans, as applicable, to AbbVie employees who were participants in the AbbVie Pension Plan as of January 1, 2013 and designated as “officers” under Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 prior to January 1, 2018.
