Significant Correlation Between Change in CSF Neurogranin and pTau181 28 p < 0.0001 • Neurogranin is a synaptic protein that has been shown to modulate glutamatergic neuronal activity and may be linked to enhancement in synaptic plasticity and cognitive function.1,2 • Researchers in the field, such as Agnello et al and others,3,4,5 have found correlations between CSF neurogranin and p-tau. • This suggests a biological link between these two biomarkers and provides further confidence in our biomarker observations with ACU193. 1.
