Item 8.01	Other Events.

Adaptive Biotechnologies Corporation (the “Company”) received notice that Amgen, Inc. declined its option to negotiate an agreement to develop, manufacture and commercialize the Company’s neutralizing antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
