Item 8.01 Other Events

Resignation of Chief Medical Officer

Lance Baldo resigned as Chief Medical Officer of Adaptive Biotechnologies Corporation (the “Company”), effective March 25, 2022, to pursue a new opportunity. Dr. Baldo stated that he does not have any disagreement with the Company, its management, its board of directors or any committee thereof on any matter.
