Resignation of Mr. James Qun Mi

Mr. James Qun Mi has resigned as a director of Jianpu Technology Inc. (the “Company”) due to personal reasons, effective October 3, 2022. Following Mr. Mi’s departure, the remaining eight (8) directors, including three (3) independent directors, will continue their services to the board of directors of the Company.
