Effective June 28, 2023, David K. Wells, Vice President – Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) assumed the role of principal accounting officer of the Company, taking over the role from Christopher Macey, the Company’s Corporate Controller.
