Szews, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Allegion plc (the “Company”) informed the Company of his intent not to stand for re-election to the Board at the Company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Szews will be retiring from the Board on June 2, 2022.
