Ambipar Emergency Response Announces Board of Directors Change

São Paulo, Brazil – October 22, 2024 – Ambipar Emergency Response (NYSE American: AMBI) (“Ambipar Response” or the “Company”) announces the resignation request of Mr. Carlos Augusto Leone Piani, from the position of board member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Company thanks Mr. Piani for his services and wishes him success in his upcoming challenges.

This position in the Board of Directors shall remain vacant until timely election.
