Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Rizwan M. Jamal has given notice of his intention to retire, and will step down as Head of Affiliate Investments effective January 3, 2025. Mr. Jamal will remain with the Company as Managing Director, Affiliate Partnerships.
“On behalf of the Board and AMG’s management team, we thank Riz for his many contributions to AMG’s success and evolution over the years. Riz has had meaningful impact across our commercial activities for more than two decades, and I have been proud to call him my partner,” said Jay C. Horgen, President and Chief Executive Officer.
