ITEM 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that David M. Billings has given notice of his intention to retire, and will step down as General Counsel effective December 31, 2022. Mr. Billings will remain with the Company as Senior Advisor.

“On behalf of the Board and AMG’s management team, we thank David for his contributions to AMG’s success and evolution as General Counsel over the years, always serving in the best interests of our organization and our shareholders,” said Jay C. Horgen, President and Chief Executive Officer.
