“América Móvil increases itsshareholding in Telekom Austria AG”

Mexico City, November 29, 2023. América Móvil,S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX”) [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX], hereby announces that, through a series of open market transactions, its subsidiary América Móvil B.V. has increased its overall shareholding in Telekom Austria AG to 58% of Telekom Austria’s total outstanding shares.
