On August 6, 2026, Amphenol Corporation (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors approved the third quarter 2026 dividend on its Class A Common Stock (the “Common Stock”) in the amount of $0.25 per share. The dividend will be paid on October 14, 2026 to shareholders of record as of September 22, 2026.
On August 6, 2026, the Company also announced the approval of a two-for-one stock split of the Common Stock in the form of a stock dividend to be distributed on September 2, 2026, to holders of record of the Common Stock at the close of business on August 17, 2026.
The two-for-one stock split referenced above has now been effected. In light of the stock split, the dividend to be paid on October 14, 2026 to shareholders of record as of September 22, 2026 will now be $0.125 per share.
