Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of SecurityHolders.

At the special meeting of stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) of Aprea Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) held on November 16, 2022, the following proposals were submitted to the stockholders of the Company. For more information about the foregoing proposals, please refer to the Company’s proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 26, 2022.

Proposal 1:	Stockholders approved the amendments to the Company’s<br>Certificate of Incorporation, to effect a reverse stock split at a ratio of 1-for-3 and 1-for-20, inclusive, with the exact ratio to<br>be set within that range at the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors before February 28, 2023 without further approval<br>or authorization of our stockholders and with our Board of Directors able to elect to abandon such proposed amendment and not effect<br>the Reverse Stock Split authorized by stockholders, in its sole discretion.
