Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 31, 2022 Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it will conduct a quarterly earnings conference call and webcast on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time during which the Company will discuss first quarter 2022 results and provide an update on recent activities. The press release announcing the conference call and webcast information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. ****

Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation To Release First Quarter 2022 Results
Richmond, Va., March 31, 2022 – Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) today announced that it will release first quarter 2022 results before the market opens on Thursday, April 21, 2022.
Following the release, the Company will host a conference call and webcast for analysts at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, April 21, 2022.
