Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 1, 2025, Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it will conduct a quarterly earnings conference call and webcast on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time during which the Company will discuss its third quarter 2025 financial results and provide an update on recent activities. The press release announcing the conference call and webcast information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

Third Quarter 2025 Financial Results
Richmond, Va., October 1, 2025 – Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) today announced that it will release third quarter 2025 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
