Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 2, 2025, Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it will conduct a quarterly earnings conference call and webcast on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time during which the Company will discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2024 financial results and provide an update on recent activities. The press release announcing the conference call and webcast information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Financial Results
Richmond, Va., January 2, 2025 – Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) today announced that it will release fourth quarter and full year 2024 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, January 23, 2025.
Following the release, the Company will host a conference call and webcast for investors at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, January 23, 2025.
