RELEVANT INFORMATION
Bogotá, December 2, 2022. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (the “Company”) informs that according to the criteria approved by the Meeting of Shareholders and authorized by its Board of Directors, today the Company granted two credits to Esadinco S.A., a company controlled by Mr. Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo, for the equivalent in Colombian pesos of USD 270 million for a term of 3 years and a credit for $200,000 million pesos for a term of 2 years, at market rates.
