**BogotáD.C., January 13, 2022.**Regarding the Relevant Information published today at 3:27p.m., Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (“Grupo Aval”) clarifies that the Meeting summoned for January 14, 2022 has not been cancelled. However, the Spin-off Project and other related documents will not be presented to the shareholders for their consideration. Instead, considering the meeting summoned for February 4, 2022, it is expected that the Grupo Aval Spin-Off Project and other related documents will be submitted in such Meeting to the shareholders for their consideration.
