Bogotá,August 14, 2026. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that, at a meeting held on August 12, 2026, its Board of Directors approved the appointment of Ms. Lined Johanna Ramírez Borbón as Internal Audit Manager of the Company, effective immediately. Ms. Ramírez Borbón replaces Mr. Luis Alfonso Fajardo, who resigned from the position to pursue new professional opportunities.
