RELEVANTINFORMATION
Bogotá,July 30, 2025. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (the “Company”) informs that the Board of Directors approved supporting Banco Popular’s capital plan by allocating resources of up to COP $100.000 million (aprox. USD $24 million) to participate in the issuance of ordinary shares and subordinated bonds (in the Colombian local market) to be carried out by Banco Popular, over the course of the year.
