Bogotá,September 30, 2020. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Diego Fernando Solano Saravia, who currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Second Alternate to the Legal Representative, as First Alternate to the President of the company. The Board of Directors also appointed Mr. Jorge Adrián Rincón Plata, who currently serves as the company's Chief Legal Counsel, as the Second Alternate of the company's President.
