RELEVANT INFORMATION
Bogotá,November 26, 2024. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (“Grupo Aval” or the “Company”) informs that BRC Ratings – S&P Global S.A. confirmed the long-term debt rating of AAA assigned to the issuance of ordinary bonds 2024 by Grupo Aval for up to COP 400,000 million that
will take place exclusively in the Colombian local market.
