RELEVANT INFORMATION

Bogotá,October 16, 2025. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (the “Company”) informs that, pursuant to the terms approved by the General Shareholders' Meeting and authorized by the Board of Directors, the Company has today extended, for an additional two-year term, the loan granted to Endor Capital Assets S.R.L., a company controlled by Mr. Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo. The extension covers an amount equivalent to USD $260 million in Colombian pesos, under arm’s length conditions.
