RELEVANT INFORMATION
Bogotá,November 1, 2024. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (“Grupo Aval” or the “Company”) hereby informs that BRC Ratings – S&P Global S.A. assigned an initial long-term debt rating of AAA to the issuance of ordinary bonds 2024 by Grupo Aval in the Colombian local market for up to COP 400,000 million.
