Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (“Grupo Aval”) informs that the Colombian Superintendency of Finance (Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia) granted its authorization to the partial spin-off requested by Banco de Bogotá as part of the transaction informed to the market on September 15, 2021.
