Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A (“Company” or “Eletrobras”) (B3: ELET3, ELET5 & ELET6; NYSE: EBR & EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the transfer of the shares of the Special Purpose Company (“SPE”) Amapari Geração de Energia S.A. (“Amapari”) was concluded, equivalent to 49% of the capital stock, represented by 55,057,111 (fifty-five million, fifty-seven thousand, one hundred and eleven) common shares, with no par value, held by the subsidiary Centrais Elétricas do Norte do Brasil S/A (“Eletronorte”), to Eneva S.A. (“Eneva”), for the amount of R$ 17,797,753.49 (seventeen million, seven hundred and ninety-seven thousand, seven hundred and fifty-three reais and forty-nine cents).
The referred disposal operation is within the scope of the initiative to rationalize Eletrobras' equity interests, under the terms of the Business and Management Master Plan ("PDNG 2022-2026") disclosed to the market through a Relevant Fact on December 17, 2021, leading the Eletrobras Companies to hold a total of 75 Special Purpose Entities (“SPEs”).
