Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A (“Company” or “Eletrobras”) (B3: ELET3, ELET5 & ELET6; NYSE: EBR & EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B) informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, it resubmitted its Calendar of Corporate Events for 2023 due to the change in the date of the 63rd Ordinary General Meeting of Eletrobras to April 27, 2023 (“63rd OGM” or “Meeting”). This change was due to the completion and review process of the documentation necessary for calling the Meeting by the Company's management bodies.
Without prejudice to said amendment, in view of the other dates provided for in the 2023 Calendar of Corporate Events, the Company informs that, on this date, after deliberation and approval by its Board of Directors, the Consolidated Annual Financial Statements and the Standardized Financial Statements – DFP of Eletrobras, were disclosed, referring to the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2022 (“Financial Statements of 2022”), as well as the earnings release for the 4th quarter of 2022.
The 2022 Financial Statements, the earnings release and the updated 2023 Corporate Events Calendar are available for consultation on the Company's websites (https://ri.eletrobras.com/), CVM (https://sistemas.cvm.gov.br/) and B3 (https://www.b3.com.br/pt_br/).
On March 20, 2023, subject to the provisions of CVM Resolution No. 81, of March 29, 2022 and Law No. 6,404, of December 15, 1976, the Company's management will make available the Management Proposal for the 63rd OGM and Notice, which will formalize, among other matters, the proposal for the allocation of net income for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022, in accordance with the 2022 Financial Statements disclosed on this date.
The Company will keep its shareholders and the market in general duly informed, pursuant to applicable regulations.
