We hereby notify you as a Material Event that the Board of Directors of Credicorp Ltd. (‘Credicorp’), in its session held today April 28, 2022, has accepted the resignation submitted by Mrs. Miriam Böttger Egg to the position of Deputy General Secretary of Credicorp, and has appointed Mr. Guillermo Morales to take over that position, effective as from May 1, 2022.
