Effective December 2, 2024, James Miller retired from his position as Chief Operating Officer of Blum Holdings, Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. Miller will continue to serve as a director on the Company’s Board of Directors.
Effective December 2, 2024, James Miller retired from his position as Chief Operating Officer of Blum Holdings, Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. Miller will continue to serve as a director on the Company’s Board of Directors.
As of the date of this Current Report, the Company has not appointed a new Chief Operating Officer. The Company has transitioned his duties internally to other members of management.
