(the “Company”) published a presentation (the “Presentation”) given by Tom Lee, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, at Paris Blockchain Week in Paris, France. A copy of the Presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
