APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

On September 3, 2024, the board of directors (the “Board”) of Bitdeer Technologies Group (the “Company”) approved the appointment of Ms. Chao Suo to serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, with immediate effect. Ms. Suo is currently a director on the Board and the HR Director of the Company. Ms. Suo will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Company and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. She will continue to serve as a director on the Board.
