RESIGNATIONOF DIRECTOR

Ms. Chao Suo has tendered her resignation as a member of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) and a member of the compensation committee of the Board, effective on July 31, 2026. Ms. Suo’s resignation was due to personal reasons and was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Ms. Suo will continue to serve the Company.
