US$40,000,000 SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM

Bitdeer Technologies Group (the “Company”) has completed its US$20,000,000 share repurchase program approved in February 2025, and its board of directors approved, on May 30, 2025, a new share repurchase program to repurchase up to US$40,000,000 worth of its Class A ordinary shares, effective from May 30, 2025 through May 29, 2026.
