“The Company has identified conditions that raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern within 12 months from the issuance of these condensed consolidated financial statements, including historical operating losses, negative cash flows from operations, significant debt service obligations, and reliance on external financing. Management believes that the actions described above could significantly reduce the conditions that raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. However, substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern remains.”
