In connection with the issuance of negotiable obligations that was approved on May 21, 2021 by the Shareholders’ Meeting of Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A. (“Buenaventura”) and by its board of directors on July 12, 2021, and further to our filing dated July 20, 2021, pursuant to which we informed the pricing and main terms of the notes to be issued by Buenaventura in an aggregate amount of US$550,000,000 (the “Notes”), in accordance with the Regulation on Material and Reserved Information, approved through Resolution SMV N° 005-2014-SMV/01, we inform you that settlement and issuance of the Notes has taken place on the date hereof.
