Concord Healthcare Announces Termination of Voting Proxy Arrangement

Concord Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. (“Concord Healthcare”), a subsidiary of Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited (the “Company”) (NYSE: CCM), which subsidiary is listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “HKSE”) under the stock code 2453.HK, announced the termination of voting proxy arrangement between Medstar (Shanghai) Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Medstar”), a subsidiary of the Company, and five non-controlling shareholders of Concord Healthcare (collectively, the “Proxy Granters”) on July 31, 2024. Each of the Proxy Granters had previously irrevocably delegated its voting rights in the general meeting of shareholders of Concord Healthcare to Shanghai Medstar (collectively, the “Voting Proxy Arrangement”). On July 31, 2024, Shanghai Medstar and the Proxy Granters terminated the Voting Proxy Arrangement upon negotiation in good faith with immediate effect.

The Company previously announced the listing of Concord Healthcare’s H shares on the HKSE on January 9, 2024. The information related to Concord Healthcare’s Transactions on the HKSE is accessible through the HKSE’s website at www.hkexnews.hk.
