On May 3, 2022, Celsius issued a press release that it will (a) release financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023 on May 9, 2023; and (b) that the management team will then host an after market conference call that same day at 4:30 pm Eastern Time to discuss the results with the investment community.
