(the “Company”) so as to inform that the Company’s Board of Directors decided the following at its meeting held today: (i) to appoint Osvaldo Arturo Reca as President of the Company and Miguel Dodero as Vice President; and (ii) to appoint Tomás White, José Luis Morea and Jorge Villegas as Members of the Supervisory Committee; and José Manuel Ortíz and Mario Elizalde as Deputy Members. In addition, the Board of Directors approved the resignation submitted by Deputy Director Rubén Omar López.
