Collective Mining to List its Shares on the Nasdaq
MIAMI, July 29, 2026 /CNW/ -- Collective Mining Ltd. (NYSE: CNL) (TSX: CNL) ("Collective" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will voluntarily transfer its U.S. stock exchange listing from the NYSE American to the Nasdaq Global Select Market® ("Nasdaq"), the highest tier of the Nasdaq, under the unchanged symbol "CNL".
The last day of trading on the NYSE is expected to be on Monday, August 10, 2026, with trading on the Nasdaq starting on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. The Company's Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") listing as well as its CUSIP number remain unchanged.
Ari Sussman, Executive Chairman, commented: "Our listing on the highest tier of the Nasdaq marks another important milestone in Collective's evolution. Combined with the recently announced relocation of Collective's principal executive office to the U.S., we believe listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market more appropriately reflects our expanding capital markets presence and positions the Company to engage with a broader global investor audience."
The Company's listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market® is expected to further enhance Collective's visibility within the U.S. investment community, broaden access to institutional and retail investors, and support the Company's long-term capital markets strategy.
The transfer of Collective's U.S. listing to Nasdaq does not constitute a new public offering or financing, and no action is required by shareholders.

Founded by the team that developed and sold Continental Gold Inc. to Zijin Mining for approximately $2 billion in enterprise value, Collective is a gold, silver, copper and tungsten exploration company with projects in Caldas, Colombia. The Company's two projects are located directly within an established mining camp with ten fully permitted and operating mines.
The Company's flagship project, Guayabales, is anchored by the Apollo system, which hosts a large-scale, bulk-tonnage and high-grade gold-silver-copper-tungsten system. The Company's objectives at the Guayabales Project are to expand the newly discovered high-grade Ramp Zone along strike and to depth, drill test the new outcropping Northern Apollo Oxidized area, drill the recently granted license covering the northwestern extension of the Trap target, and drill a series of greenfield generated targets across the property.
Management, insiders, a strategic investor and close family and friends own 45.2% of the outstanding shares of the Company and as a result, are fully aligned with shareholders. The Company is listed on both the NYSE American and TSX under the trading symbol "CNL".
