Canadian Pacific Kansas City Limited (the “Corporation”) has fixed March 9, 2026 as the record date for the purpose of determining holders of the Corporation’s common shares entitled to receive notice of and to vote at an annual meeting of the Corporation’s shareholders, to be held on April 29, 2026. The Notice of Meeting and Record Date is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
