Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 18 – 20, 2025, management from Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (the “Company”) will be meeting with investors, analysts, and other members of the financial community during the 2025 American Gas Association (AGA) Financial Forum. The Company will also be making a formal presentation to these constituents on May 18, 2025. The Company’s investor presentation includes certain forward-looking information. A copy of this investor presentation material is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”) as Exhibit 99.1.
