REPORT ON FORM 6-K

Attached is the English translation of the summary of the payment notice related to the Company’s Series XXXVIII fixed Rate Notes in a principal amount of USD 70,567,356, due 2026.

The Company informs that on January 3, 2025, will start the payment of the fifth installment of interests related to the Series XXXVIII Notes issued on July 8, 2022.

Interests will be paid to the noteholders at whose name the Notes were registered on January 2, 2025.
