letter dated December 7, 2022, the Company informs
that its
Board of Directors has appointed yesterday Mr. Diego Chillado Biaus
as General Manager for Argentina Operations, occupying the position
after the resignation of Mr. Carlos Blousson in December
2021.
Alejandro Elsztain, CEO of the Company, will continue to lead
CRESUD's operations throughout the region.
