Attached is the English translation of the summary of the payment notice related to the Company’s Series XLVII Fixed Rate Notes in a principal amount of USD 64,417,023 due 2028.

The Company informs that on May 15, 2026, will start the payment of the third installment of interests related to the Series XLVII Notes issued on November 15, 2024.

Interests will be paid to the noteholders at whose name the Notes were registered on May 14, 2026
