REPORT ON FORM 6-K

Attached is the English translation of the summary of the payment notice related to the Company’s Series XLV Fixed Rate Notes in a principal amount of USD 10,199,068 due 2026.

The Company informs that on August 24, 2026, will start the payment of the fifth installment of interests and capital amortization related to the Series XLV Notes issued on April 22, 2024.

Interests will be paid to the noteholders at whose name the Notes were registered as of August 21, 2026 in the registry held by the Register Agent.
