Attached is the English translation of the summary of the payment notice related to the Company’s Series XLII Fixed Rate Notes in a principal amount of USD 30,045,566 due 2026.

The Company informs that on May 4, 2026, will start the payment of the third installment of capital related to the Series XLII Notes issued on April 4, 2023.

Interests will be paid to the noteholders at whose name the Notes were registered on April 30, 2026
